It's a great getting up morning. The sun will shine as the fog dissipates and we will have beautiful clear skies and temps in the mid-50s today with calm winds. It will be a wonderful day to walk.
Yesterday, you know my breakfast totals were high. I counted every ingredient in yesterday's total of apple crunch as I had one serving of each with the sliced apples. Since it's been counted, I'll only count the sliced apples until it's finished. I also did a lot of walking and bicep curls to compensate for all I ate yesterday.
Here are what I ate and the numbers.
Breakfast - 1 Banana, 1 Container Pomegranate Seeds, Apple Crunch with 1 serving each Walnuts, Almonds, Pecans, 1 Bottle of Apple Juice, 6 servings of Ghee.

I needed the final snack for the sodium since cashew milk is high in sodium and low in calories, it worked perfectly.

@just4him It is a tasty bread, and I think I remember some of the substitutions work well it it to make it lower calorie/have less carbs

I thiught i did pretty good, eating wise, but with the low steps (halfway to goal) it wasn't good enough
