Friday walking exercise at home

HAPPY FRIDAY MY FRIENDS. This is my 5th day of the week of walking exercise and workout I did at home. Doing workout for 0.76 minutes within the vicinity of our house. Based on my health app monitor I completed 4.07 kilometers for 0.76 minutes going back and forth with hand and walk workout. Here are my workout details: Workout duration: 0.76 minutes Distance: 4.07 kilometers Workout calories: 287 calories Steps: 8,225 steps Average speed: 3.1 km/h Maximum speed: 8.8 km/h Average pace: 18.50minutes/km Maximum pace: 6.54 minutes/km Lowest elevation: 43 meters Highest elevation: 127 meters Did you workout today? An hour after I finished my simple lunch, I saw rain clouds hovering our place. And I never a drizzle. I though it would rain but it didn't.

Thanks for reminding me. I’m supposed to do 5,000 a day and I haven’t even started despite it being almost 10pm. It was raining a lot today though.

That's okay. I do understand due to a bad weather. Mine however I'm doing it rain or shine for I'm inside our house.

I haven't done much in last one month. I am raring to go but I don't find it interesting unless I go on the walking/running paths to do it. Your's is an interesting way of doing it.

Actually I'm doing it regularly in our Boulevard but since there's a lockdown in our place I'm compelled to do it inside our house I should call it it stay-at-home workout.
