What is happening with COVID19 in Wuhan, China in 2020/4/18?

I wrote a keep-updating article before. But I found peopel are not easy to notice my updates. So I will update separatly. Maybe my information could be helpful to keep someone in some places alive or let governers/officers to set a rule to save more from covid19. So I am just doing this. Please be noted that some of it is objective from what I read or see or heard from TV or news or streets or wispe and some of it will be my subjective thought.
I don't care about politics and the differences between east and west. Please do not bring them to my discussions and responds. If you try harder to keep you alive today, maybe I will argue with you for fun about them tomorrow. Thank you for your understanding.
Today Wuhan is rainy, not heavy.
A system called "Wuhan novel coronavirus nucleic acid detection and statistics system" was built up on internet for checking. From today, people from Wuhan to Beijing by train, need to do these step by step: (1)Participate in nucleic acid test. (2)A novel coronavirus nucleic acid detection and statistics system in Wuhan was recorded. (3)The municipal headquarters will submit the list of negative personnel to the provincial headquarters. (4)The provincial headquarters verified and submitted it to Beijing. (5)After the approval of Beijing. Only those returning to Beijing can buy tickets in the "Beijing heart help" applet.
Because in Haerbin province which is thousnds miles away from Wuhan found some new infectors. So as the capital city of China, the checking from Wuhan to Beijing is leveled up. I believe other city's go-to-Beijing will be leveled up as well.
In Wuhan, we have more than 10m people and more than 8000 resident communities. If one resident community was clean for 14 days. It will be marked as " no covid19 resident community" in the front gate and news. As a result, people in it will have the right to go out apartment but inside community for two hours per day. Give you two photos for you to know how we sport.
Wish the boss of mylot will not delete my discussion this time. I just stop writing here. I know that's my mistake to translate daily report of covid19 in Wuhan and bring it to here. I will be careful. Rules are equal to everyone here. Fair enough.

I haven't read your other discussions, but I am happy that you want to share this information with us. Maybe we can all learn something. Very few of members would be able to read information in Chinese, so it is nice that you share that information in English.

Thanks for your support. I am glad that you can get my points but not everyone. Mylot admin does not allow my direct translation. But I will try to let all of you know how Wuhan treat it and the situation in Wuhan in a acceptable way in mylot. I joined mylot just about one week ago. Trying my best. How is it in Denmark? Wish you and your family heathy and happy everyday.

@Comforter Yes, my myLot doesn't want a direct translation, but it is okay to write a summary in your own words. I usually do that when I write about a news story from my country. Thank you Fortunately my family is healthy. We have about 7000 cases in my country, but most cases are in Copenhagen or the area around Copenhagen. I live in another part of the country. We have some cases on my island, but it is not like Copenhagen.

@Shavkat I think the whole world is doing one thing, so it must have a solution sooner or later. What we can do is try harder and harder to stay alive till the cure comes.
