COVID-19 disease movements in recent days have not shown signs of cooling down, so all people's daily habits are forced to change. No more mornings being awakened from coffee bought from familiar shops, or the days when you discover the unique and strange drinks. Nearly all activities of everyone are encapsulated within the ‘at home’ framework. The culinary movements are also not beyond this framework. One of the most recent ones is Dalgona Coffee, the drink has a lovely appearance - the bottom is the milk layer, the top is the smooth, thick coffee like cotton. This type of coffee is called Dalgona coffee because it has a similar taste to Korean Dalgona candy (a Korean sweet sugar candy with the main ingredient of sugar and baking soda) Many people think that the reason why Dalgona coffee is good is because you spent a lot of time and effort to make it. Dalgona coffee has a very fragrant smell, taking a sip will immediately see the slight bitterness of the coffee, then the sweet sugar, greasy milk. This is a very suitable drink for the upcoming free time quarantine days. I hope you enjoy the post, now I'll drink it, yum yum

Everyone's been going crazy over Dalgona coffee over here but I have yet to try it because we don't have instant coffee in the house as we prefer filter. But once we're free to go to the stores, it's one of the first things I'll be giving a try!

Do delish it looks! But lots of work to make it. Maybe cool whip for the frothy part would be easier by folding coffee into cool whip?

no, u don’t need to do cool whip, that just for Milo or Matcha becuz it has white egg this is just simple with water, coffee, sugar by ratio 1:1:1 and whisk it

that would be too much of sugar for me, i usually drink coffee without any sugar (except when i make instant 3in1 coffee, but i don't add extra sugar to it, like many people do)
