Drink a bit coffee before go to bed

I know, very strange, right?
Coffee is a drink like energy drinks, which keeps you awake but I drink it before going to bed. But for my body, I'm sleepy because of it and I also know why after I questioned the internet quite a lot. This case is for a lot of people, not just me!
and the recipe to make this coffee is very special, just from Vietnam.
I really like it, after 2 years of forgetting this drink for fear it is not good for growing height, I also understand that it is okay to drink it in moderate amounts. 
I will finish this coffee and then have a deep sleep to welcome tomorrow. I have the online test tomorrow but I still relax in worry, lol. Good night,

@alexjessi Everyone knows that. I've only mentioned what myLot thinks about acronyms. The people in charge don't want to have them on the site and I applaud them for this. MyLot is not facebook.

@alexjessi I àlwaya have to get up at least twice every night. If I drink caffeine in the afternoon, l have trouble going to sleep and usually have to get up at least one more time

drinking coffee and then going to sleep isn't strange to me sometimes it keeps me awake, sometimes it doesn't work. good luck tomorrow
