Dialing Hotline Numbers

Due to my frustration of not being able to contact all the numbers provided by Social Security in their website during day time (only one is functional and all the rest are not currently in service as the operator said). I tried to dial later this evening their hotline until midnight hoping that my calls can penetrate, picked up, and my concern will be answered. One of the non-functional numbers I dialled on daytime rang. However, nobody pick up the call just like the toll free numbers I dialled during the day. It seems that they're not willing to answer all concern and queries from the people. Getting online is the only way we can communicate them and why they do not have the people to accomodate? I think there's no other way we can raise our concern. We cannot beat the deadline on this set up and if employees could not get the assistance, that's unfortunate and sad.

To apply for the assistance for small and medium enterprise. We need to reset the password since we cannot login to our account.

Well, this is how they also avoid customers when they have no answer to what ever problems you have.

Maybe they couldn't handle the requests in the meantime.

I'm annoyed already Ms Judy. They're unreachable during these times.
