Flooding roads

It is not a rainy season here but unexpectedly it is raining more than a week here.
It was a sunny day up to afternoon than black clouds surrounds the sky and rained heavily for around half an hour and 45 mins. Now the roads are flooding and flooding heavily.
How is the weather there at your side.
