What makes you feel very anxious and nervous?

for me, it's the fear of making a mistake, of saying the wrong things, looking bad in front of people. i'm such a paranoid when i'm in front of a large group. but one-on-one, i could pretty much handle.

Just being around a lot of people makes me anxious. Any type of social situation bothers me to some extent.

public speaking and interviews...wow! most dreaded stuff to do!! there was one time, i was asked to be the MC for a new year's party and i was so nervous that i couldnt sleep well 1 week before that event. Gosh!

I don't even have to be in front of people to get nervous. I get nervous just talking on the phone. I had a benefit dinner for my grandson and I gave an interview for it on a local radio station. It went live so I think thats what scared me the most. But once I got talking I was ok. I don't ever think I got so nervous that I sweat alot.

hospitals and seringe needles

yeah me too speaking in front of a large group of people makes me so nervous, i swaet like a pig! I hate it. Also talking to my boss cause he is really intimidating

I'm the same way... doing a presentation makes me realllly nervous. My voice and hands shake, and everyone can notice. Also, I get a little anxious in crowds or elevators.

Speaking publically. Praying publically.

I get very nervous and anxious if I have to speak infront of a crowd, also interviews and sometimes when I meet someone for the first time. Now I think about it the older I get the worse it seems to get, lol. So I think I'll stick to talking behind a screen from now on, lol

any kind of illness scares me
