Cable TV listings

I live in North Bay, Ontario, anada. I have suvscribed to TV Guide for over 20 years. They have now gone online and I can't make head nor tails out of it and they don't answer my questions. Our local newspaper has also gone online with its listings and it also leaves a lot to be desired..not to mention impossible to figure out. My question is..does anyone know of a site where Cable TV listings are made available by the day or week so that they can be printed for reference? I tape a lot of movies after midnight (well...used to!) but now can't even do this as there are no listings that I can find that provide this. Would appreciate any help! ..a desperate TV watcher...Molly N.
