Mango juice for refreshment

I cannot eat fruits whenever I wish because of my teeth's sensitivity. This is weird I know. But that is the case. I just buy fruit juices in cartons and so far mango and four seasons work well with my tummy. My tummy hurts when I drink pineapple juice and tea. Weird again. but if it's a milk tea, no problem. What are your favorite refreshments?

U like green tea. It's nutritious and no sugar. If I could, I'd like to drink virgin pins colada, but can't. I drink half a 12 oz. can only at a time far and few in between for too much sugar.

I like fruit smoothies since I don't really like eating fruits the usual way.
