Good morning..it's Wednesday morning on this side of the planet. I got up around 7...late from my usual 5:30 time. I was delayed in sleeping and could sleep only around 12:30 last night. Had to finish something on my work front and mail it. It's something new that I have to learn and so lot of brainstorming was done. Though I slept well, I am not my usual energetic self this morning. Found hard to drag out of bed. And here I am with my morning tea. I think I should start moving around doing some chores and that might help When we feel that low energy day, a little moving does help. Hope all are doing good. Have a wonderful time in your corner. Hopefully, you get some pep in your step soon! Sometimes you just have to go on autopilot and you will eventually wake up.

I took some 40 minutes nap. Could not sleep more though I wanted to.

Sometimes it also happens to me that I slept early and had a good night's sleep but I seem had difficulty in rising. Maybe that time I was fatigued with too much work that my body is aching for some more rest.

@arunima25 avoiding a nap is what I do because I don't get a good night's sleep when I had a nap.

Yes sometimes our body needs that extra rest and we should respect it's demand. I too wanted to take a little long nap today in afternoon after all my work. But could not sleep more than 40 minutes.

Sometimes it can be hard to get moving. Especially if you haven't really had a restful - or enough - sleep.

Good Morning, Yes little bit moment will make us energetic. I regular not do exercise in early morning but due to lockdown i did in morning and after it i am so energetic and feel that i will do Manny things.
