Granny is 102 today...

It is a blessing for an elder to live more than a hundred years old. Since we are having pandemic, my family and I cannot visit her. Or, perhaps we cannot visit her since we cut the relationship with her children. I wish her to have more birthdays to come. Would you like to live a hundred or more in this world? Shht! It is our secret. When I was talking to her aged 100, she told me her secret. Two things that she claimed to live longer and these are prating and eat veggies. She still has a sharp mind, too.

It's a great achievement to reach 100 years and wish her a healthy and happy birthday. We can't say how long we live but only can pray that will be happy and healthy with family till we live.

50 years of existence for me is a great blessing. I want to live for 100 years if i can able to stand alone. still physically healthy but if i reach the age of 100 with sickness oh no. i cannot.

It is also my way of thinking. If I am not in good condition aged 100 or more, I prefer to die younger than this age. Luckily, my granny is still fit as a fiddle. Before the pandemic, she used to play in Casino.

@Shavkat Wow, that is some age to live and I can imagine what things she lived through in her life and now she cannot see her family so that must be hard for her. If I could have a furry one and live a peaceful life then yes I would like to live that long.

I could live more than a hundred if I am not having illnesses. The good thing is my granny does not have any illnesses. She can still travel before the pandemic happened. I hope your granny will live longer, too.

Happy birthday to your dear Grandma. By the time my Mom made it to 97 her body was breaking down and she barely knew us so if she is an example, I would say not for me.

I also noticed that my granny is not the way she used to be. She does not eat that much anymore, but we are trying to let have nutrients to her body. Her caregiver can do these things for her.
