Prefer having sport in a day or night?

We have to do exercise regularly to keep our body health. Moreover in this pandemic area... keep our body strong. But because of the bussines we dont have a lot of time to do that. Sometimes i do some workout in the night. Is it good? Do you have an experience to manage the time to sport?

Yes... mate... i. the night we have enough spare time. We can enjoy . im sorry for replaying late... this respons was hidden. I realized just now... thanks a lot for dropping at my discussion

I'm a day person so I prefer everything in the day.I often take exercise after my morning prayer but rarely not regularly . I'm not a sport person now but I did it when I was a teenager. For me day is the best time for it, when its summer, in winter at night the badminton playing I really like that

Yes.. it sounds nice to have exercise early morning.... we can take the fresh air outside. When in early morning is hard to do.. yes it can do in a day... right

I often walk for an hour at night. the morning time is too tight to exercise.

Oh.. Let me continously do it that too... . Walk an hour at night. Do you walk in a treadmill or go outside?

it doesn't matter when and where you can exrcise. Even at night you can workout . But you need to ensure you had light food and enough water to keep you hydrated while you exercise.

After office hour, i do night exercise , but for friday and sunday i chose day exercise walking and zumba
