Do you like Chicken Stew?

Hello Good Morning/Afternoon/Evening my dear mylotters I woke up in a good kind of weather not sunny but bright light appears and no signs of rain coming out. Today, I`m thinking of preparing Chicken stew which a very simple food to cook. First I fried the chicken a little bit and then set aside and fried the garlic, onion, chopped potatoes and carrots then put the fried chicken and little tomato sauce, (fish sauce or salt) and sprinkle powdered pepper. Then let it boil until the sauce is ready to serve How about you my dear mylotters? Do you like Chicken Stew? Do you like a different style? I hope you can share with me here? I like any kind of stew as long as it comes complete with garnishing of potato, and other vegetables.

The picture is similar to the Filipino dish " afritada " , we do it similarly with the addition of fresh green peas and sliced red and greed bell peppers.
