define spiritual lol..i am a christian,we believe in god,jesus christ and the holy spirit...and,of course ,virgin mary and the saints...i don't believe in multiple gods..i believe that no matter the religion we all have the same god,no matter how we call him..i never understood the multiple gods belief..like in ancient history??the god of war,god of nature etc etc?..or whow does that work?.for that,we have saints,but god is one and absolute

yes i am spiritual i listen to meditation music , i love chant of paladin , and host of seraphim, while i do chi meditation

yes i am spiritual. I believe in god and so i dont mind being religious and following some traditions to apeace the gods who have blessed me and is there to protect me.

Now, how do you define being spritual is very important. I believe in the philosophy of "AhM Bhramasmy". I am "Anant".. only god is called Ananta.. and I am a part of this whole then I too am a whole.. what say, its upto you now to conclude me being spritiual or not ;)

I'm very spiritual as well but not really religious. I enjoy doing yoga and meditating. It helps to clear my mind. I've been doing yoga now for 10 years. I alternate it with my pilates and aerobics. Yoga is incredibly relaxing. It's great to help you mentally, physically and especially spirtually.

Sanskrit saying, is Mananaat trayate iti mantra: While inner chanting of mantra, it will protect you. In our ancient scripts like Veda discussed like this. Whatever mantra it is ,it protects u. Any mantra u can chant. Each and every mantra is not mantra. Mantra is nothing but sacred sound. All the sounds are not mantras. The importance of mantra is very good. Entire universe depended on the god. I.e all the entire universe, stars, stalwarts, including earth and planets ( navagrahas) and sea are in the hands of mighty god. Particularly god depends on the mantra. that is sacred sound. That mantra again depends on the sheers, rishis, devotees, sadhakas. like this. those having the qualities like this, are considered as best angels in the earth. as per vedam
