Baked meatballs

The meatballs that my husband made today are made of textured soya protein. I watched him making the meatballs. I saw him using garam masala, soy sauce, smokey chipotle, onion, pepper, cumin and paprika powder. He also used flax egg instead of eggs. Then he made it into meatball shapes, and then baked them. He asked me to try some of them. At first I thought they wouldn't taste good as they looked a bit ugly.

After I tried one, I fell in love with the meatballs he made.

Super non veg meet balls. Interesting ingredients. The garam masala is an Indian name. They are basically mixture of grounded spices.

They're vegan meatballs. Garam masala is a mixed spice which Indians people use in mostly of their cookings.

I know the taste in another shape but here meat balls are round, we call it "tikiya" in our bangla language , it taste yummy if made of beef
