I don't take coffee regularly. I take tea without sugar. But when I have coffee, I will have it with milk and a bit of sugar.

@Janet357 I add milk, tulsi ( Basil) and ginger to my tea. When I make lemon tea, I don't add milk but other things along with few drops of lemon.

Sugar is in main role for our coffee. We like to drink sweet coffee. I add 2 spoon of sugar in coffee.

it is always: one level teaspoon of coffee, 2 heaped teaspoons of creamer, and 1 level teaspoon of sugar.

@Janet357 before, we use milk. but my third older sibling told us that the creamer is better than milk because this has little or no fats and sugar. i cannot know if it is true.

@Janet357 It depends which kind of coffee you drink, I never drink instant coffee, we make the Italian espresso at home. If I have good sweet coffee beans from Colombia I can skip the sugar.

I usually drink black coffee. Sometimes I add a bit of milk if the coffee is very strong, but I never use sugar. I once made a cup of coffee for a resident in the nursing home where I worked at that time. She wanted to me add 4 spoons of sugar. When the coffee was ready she didn't want it, and I thought "okay, I will drink it myself" But it was so sweet that I couldn't drink it, one sip was enough

I only drink 1/3 cup of coffee everytime I drink. It gives me a psychological advantage, so if I drink 3 cups for the day the truth is I only consumed one cup. My coffee is just right, a balance of coffee and sweetness but leaning more on the bitter side.

My coffee is not sweet at all. I like it black without any milk or sugar, I'm sweet enough so I don't need to add anything to my coffee
