Hi friend, Just I finish my lunch. Today we prepare poriyal using cluster beans. This poriyal we know as mysore Cluster beans poriyal because Hear we use Chenna Dal huge for preparing it. For this first we soak Chenna Dal before two hours, then after we grind Chenna Dal, red chilli, coconut, dhania, cumin seeds, and finally adding required salt to it. Just grind as a rough don't make fine paste. In mean time cut the cluster beans, then cook those on adding required salt using pressure cooker. After cool down pressure, completely drain water from it. Now take a pan, heat on adding little bit oil to it, then add must edges seeds, then add cooked cluster beans to it. Fry all those to until water drain. Then transfer into a plate. Then take a pan, again heat with oil, now add that grains paste to it, now cook those paste until it cook completely in slow flame, it take time to cook, so need patience hear, after complete cook then add already fried cluster beans to it. Now check the taste, if any thing needed add her, then fry all together. Now it ready to eat, this is amazing taste delicious dish. It's alone we can eat, for any combination also we can take. Can I know how many members known about it??
