Why do I dream about him almost everyday?

Colombia
July 6, 2020 4:14am CST
Each time I have dreams, I always share them to my husband. But this time when I told him about it, he seemed to get tired of it. I understood his feeling. Yes, since I left my family in Indonesia, I have dreams about my Dad almost every night. My Dad passed away ten years ago which was my great loss. But after some years, I accepted the fact that he'd gone forever. I have no sadness anymore when thinking about him. But I I don't know why I have dreams about him since I moved to a new country almost everyday.

It is stressful to move to another country, you miss the support of your father and you surely think to him, this is why you dream of him.

It could mean that you are not only missing your father but also your native country and the people there. Perhaps you should consider a vacation once the pandemic is over.

Maybe you are homesick. I think you can visit the graveyard of your late father. Maybe you can light a candle for him in the church. That is what I would do if I were you.

I'm sure you miss the love and protection he gave you. It must be difficult being so far from your home country.

If sadness is nothing to do with it, I think its like unconscious mind that make it happen Also memories from the past is have its own role on it. So, I think the important think is you isnt sad anymore and already overcome it. I think thas a good sign
