What do you think about Canadians?

My problemn is that I hate to stereotype people. But I went skiing up near Calgary a couple of years ago and except for the customs agent, everyone was extremely nice to me. And genuinely friendly. It was a bit funny, because when I overheard conversations, there was a lot of America-bashing going on. yet, no one was rude or confrontational. As far as the customs agent, she was perturbed that I couldn't tell her the name of the hotel I was staying at and I had no papers on me about it. The only internet reservation confirmation I had was in my suitcase and I had to get through customs to get to it. Funny situation. At least, now it is.

I think Canadians are awesome! However, I am Canadian myself, so I'm definitely biased on that one!
