Had A Little Bit Limb Movements

Greetings all, hope you all are fine today. I'm starting my day with this discussion. I woke up as always 4:00 am but I slept again and woke up 5:00 am and had my morning prayers.
After prayer I usually sleep two more hours but I saw I don't have any water in my water pot after having few sips. So I went to the hostel's kitchen and get a full bottle of water.
When I can to room I sat my hair and moved my limbs in front of mirror, I can't call it exercise because it was for short time and simple warm up movements. Now I'm not feeling sleepy but I need to have two hours more to sleep or else I may have headache. But today I won't sleep. Let's see what will happen to me today.

I never kill my sleep bcoz I also suffered from headache .

Small or simple movements are better than not moving at all. Gradual exercise or movement each day is all that matters specially when you are not into the serious kind of exercise that sweat drips from your head down your face, just the whole body sweating.
There are also simple yoga movements or Tai Chi, so graceful and yet strengthening.

yes. Adequate sleep is needed else we will get headache. Our day will be less productive.
