What do you do while commercials are showing on tv?

it`s like in mylot in between posts i run off and do some work it`s the only way anything will get done but i don`t watch the tv much

Lots of times I'm sitting there with my laptop and during commercials I check email, surf the Web, or make comments on Mylot. Or play a game or two of Tetris.Sometimes I open and read through my snail mail.

I am a flicking disorder. Yup, I change the channel every time a commercial comes one. :)

i usually have a "commercial show" that i watch while my main show ison commercials.. usually the showi watch on its commericial isnt a bad one its jus the main show is better

I use commercial breaks to get something to eat or make a bathroom trip, or switch out the laundry from washer to dryer, etc. There are only a couple of commercials I actually enjoy watching and will stay in the room to see. However, since they turn up the sound on those suckers, I still usually can hear them wherever I am. LOL

Most of them I ignore. If it's at night, I use commercials to go upstairs and check on my kids while they are sleeping. I like to make sure they are still covered. I also get something to drink or eat. I may run to the restroom or take a shower...almost anything except WATCH the commercial.

flip between the channels, go to the bathroom, read for school, or do some other kind of chore..if im really lazy, then i just sit through the commercials..but i HATE commercials!

I straighten up my house. Put things in order. Sometimes, I will start doing the dishes, if there isn't many. I also like this time to pamper myself, wash my face with special facial cleansers, put n lotions. When I am lazy, I use this time to play with my cats.

if there is commercials, i will buy snacks or food to eat, then i will go back to watch tv again. or i will look for another channel. watching tv is great during weekends.

If i want to watch a show i usally record it. So then i can fast forward it. If i set and watch is right then. I get up and do chores in between commercials

Guess it all depends. Sometimes I multi-task. I may go and get a snack, use the bathroom, fold some more laundry, or clean up the kitchen. I guess it all depends on what I have to do. I don't read much (except online) so that isn't something I do during commercials. Sometimes I just watch them. If they put one on that has music usually my daughter is dancing and singing if she knows the words.

i get up walk around, change the channel, go to the bathroom, and sometimes i get to doing other things and totally forget about the show.

When the commercials start playing on TV you will usually find me flipping through the channels to find something more interesting to watch until my show comes back on. Sometimes close to Christmas I watch the commercials though because there are a lot of cute ones on this time of year.

i like watching commercials sometimes. The rest of the times either i am surfing channels or on the phone or doing some other small work..

I hate commericals also. I usually mute the commericals, or go clean something.

I don't like commercials, so I don't watch them, some time I take advantage of the time while commercial are showing on tv to do something else, or just I check what's on other channels.

That is when I take the time to go and grab a snack, go to the bathroom and let the dogs out to go potty.

It depends on my energy level at the time but usually I keep something going all the time so that I am not wasting time. I have my office at home which works great for me. I can have something I am working on in my office and when a commercial comes on both my wife and I get up and do something. I don't watch a lot of TV but there are times, at the end of the day, I just don't have the energy left to get up, so I see if I can learn anything from the commercials that will help me earn another stream of income.
