I love spicy food but I can't eat

In my country spicy food is very popular. We almost have sambal (grounded chili) in our every meals. I really love spicy food, but my stomach can't tolerate the spicy food. Every time I eat spicy food I have an upset stomach. :(

I am not really a fun of spicy foods. But, last night I cooked Buffalo Chicken, just a little bit spicy.

Aww! Have you tried having milk when your eating Spicy food? Dairy helps sooth that and might help with your stomach as well.

Yes I’ve tried it. But milk adding the trouble in my stomach. i think I should stop for eating spicy food, thats the only solution

@sherlysherly if start with cutting back. Maybe going less spicy. I love spice food but I can’t do it every day. I don’t have a gallbladder so my filter system is down one organ.

I also like spicy food. for me to eat if it's not spicy it tastes like something's lacking. but yeah if it's too spicy, you can go to the toilet often haha
