A Can Of Enchilada Sauce?

I bought a can of enchilada sauce at Dollar Tree a good few months ago. The can looked like a good ingredient.
The can is still in the cupboard.
I figure the enchilada sauce is good with black beans and rice, with eggs as a burrito, as with chili, burgers, french fries, etc. But, with what else? I want something good. The above just do not seem to be liked by my tastebuds.
I know recipes are a bit iffy on here, so if you would, could you message me?

I like enchilada sauce, but only those made by myself. I cannit even stand Hellmanns mayo. I prefer to do everything from scratch. I would use it for tacos and burritos, but only homemade.

How would you prepare tacos? I have a package of tostadas, maybe a taco salad? What would you include?

@marguicha Thank you but when I attempt to open the recipe, the webpage says "Server Error". I do love tacos. I guess I can crush some tostadas and throw in some black beans, corn, etc. Then top off with sour cream, cheese and enchilada sauce?
