Sleeplessness

Last night I was chatting online with a friend before going to bed, about how that friend of mine has got a, problem since childhood. The problem is such that he remains restless the whole night, yes, he has the problem of not getting sleep at night. He is really worried about it. Could you please tell me some home remedies or solutions to help him get a good sleep?

@Swayamsiddha perhaps, let him see the doctor first and see what the doctor has to say. Because sleepless nights could lead to heart attack. Let him try drink milk at night and off all electronics before sleep, or listen to some relaxing music, my YouTube has relaxing music. If he still cannot sleep at night after trying all those, then I suggest him see doctor.

It is awful if you can't get to sleep at night. I don't sleep very well either so don't really have any good advice.

Oh this is really big issue my friend. Good sleep is more important for happy life. If possible try to avoid all gadgets before sleep, listen good songs, took warm milk. Those help for nice sleep. Don't sleep in day time lol.
