I realized that vegetables are very good for the body. vegetables contain lots of vitamins and minerals such as carrots and tomatoes which are good for health. However, I rarely eat vegetables. I usually eat fried chicken, fried fish, fried tofu and rice. Are there any suggestions on how to process vegetables so they taste good?

I think you can try to cook some local dishes that need some veggies. I am sure you can find a recipe or two.

If I'm to eat vegetables, I like it fresh. You can try tofu with some broccoli and mushrooms. Put some oyster sauce and that's very yummy even for someone who doesn't like veggies.
