Hard time waking up

I was so sleepy that it took me full 60 minutes to leave the bed . And now after having my tea, I can go back to sleep if I try. But no.....I really don't want to end up missing my exercise which I restarted with just yesterday...hahahah So I'm just trying my best to make my lazy bones get into the active mode. Sleeping late sometimes can mess up your whole next day. Anyways good morning all of you. See you in a couple of hours.

Well even we have been sleeping late. I tried to fix the routine but someone or the other in the house has a disturbed routine. And yes, sleeping late does makes us feel quite lazy in the mornings.

It can sometimes be disturbing as well when you have someone with you who does other disturbing things.

I agree that sleeping late can ruin your next day. I find it hard getting up because of headaches or something. It feels like you don't want to do anything. Exercise sure can help to wake us up. Plus other things we have to keep in mind for us to keep moving even if we are sleepy. Cup of tea or something hot to drink can help us energized. It would be nice to have someone with you to talk to and get by everyday.

@amitkokiladitya it is hard when you are running out of time when you have lots of things to do and you want to accomplish as many as you can in a day, so sometimes you just stay awake at wee hours just to get things done.
