To miss or not.......

A happy Saturday morning from this side of planet. It's 7:45 AM. I got up at 7:00 after a good sleep of little more than 6 hours. I wanted to be more in bed but couldn't. The whole house is still in deep slumber and here I am after finishing few chores. Well I want to use this peaceful time to mylot but then I don't want to miss my morning yoga. So I am swinging between two thoughts. And I guess! I would go for my yoga. Missing it makes me lethargic for rest of the day. And once I am done with it, I feel active and proud to start my day with this wonderful exercising session.My exercise has become such important part of my day over last two decades that missing it totally doesn't make me feel good. Yes I do sometimes make it short but missing it totally unless I have a genuine reason is not easy for me. So I will go for some exercise and then head to kitchen for breakfast preparation. Meanwhile all sleepy heads in the house should be awake Catch you soon!

This year is going faster than usual or it seems so due to this pandemic and self imposed house arrest. It looks as if time has passed without doing much.

@mariaph You can see some beginners yoga video. With no health issues, you can have general yoga for all. But if looking for specific purpose, you will have to go for special asanas and exercises that will address that issue.

We missed a golf game and brunch on the terrace with my son and his girlfriend this morning due to heavy rain. We were going to have a big celebration, but will do it tomorrow weather permitting. I did a bit of yoga instead. It's my rainy day exercise. lol

Hope the weather was kind next day and you could catch up with your plan. Yoga is a good way to exercise indoors and good that you make use of it on a rainy day

I need my exercise else I am not that productive and energetic. I have a lot to do in a day. I find Surya namaskar and pranayam as my energy booster

I am awake! It's late where you are now, but I am going to hit the pool. I miss Horse Jr. and his mom, but they have been good about staying in touch by phone on their road trip.

Yes. I exercise on all 7 seven days and yoga in some form is there everyday. Sometimes asanas and sometimes only pranayam ( breathing exercises) with other forms of exercises.
