A mother and her daughter electrocuted

The other day we woke up to very sad news about a Mom and her 3-months old son who were electrocuted. She was out to run some errands when she stepped on a live wire with her child tied on her back. Their photos rotated around social media and trust me, it was disturbing. I wondered why would a qualified technician be that careless? And as of now there is no any report that he/she was arrested or something. What charges would you pass for such a person if you happened to be the judge?

It is very sad , it makes me recall of my wife`s Uncle whom she lost while he had accidentally exposed to a high tension cable.While postmortem it was found that his heart had tuned black being burnt severely.

That is very sad. The question lies in who was in the wrong, was she walking someplace that she should not have as the work was not completed or private property or was the wire hanging as the result of a storm or an accident? It sounds like there are a lot of possibilities to where the fault lies. Either way it is very sad that 2 lives were lost.

No it wasn't a private property. It's like the technicians were working on something then they, mistakenly left a live wire uncovered. There was no a warning/danger sign.
