What do you do about protecting your body and your family health during this pandemic?

I am not someone who really cares about my body health before this pandemic attack. But, since I'm afraid that I or my family might get infected and get sick because of it, I became more aware of immune & body healthiness. And I'm starting to : 1. Consuming suplement that can help increase the immune system, that contains Vitamin C and other vitamins. 2. Drink more water. 3. Drink a cup of warm tea with or without sugar in the morning. Sometimes I add ginger on it. 4. Using face mask everytime I go out. Either it's to a nearby market or work. 5. Hand sanitize quite often when I'm out and after touching public things. 6. Since I work as a receptionist and also cashier, I wash my hands right after I touch the money for change. 7. Change my clothes right away after work. Take a bath. And wash the clothes. 8. Minimize myself to go to public areas. 9. Not stressing myself. Not really following the pandemic news. What about you, guys?

Welcome here ma friend in myLot..enjoy communicating different nationalities and cultures,.. well,we just pray and ask for God's protection and we trust Him we are covered,then we just follow safety precautions

I do some of the things mentioned by you. I take chavanprash regularly to improve immunity. I also have a regular workout for the same reason.

I stay at home as much as possible. I exercise or go for walks outdoors where it is very safe in my neighborhood. I order groceries online and sanitize them. I wear a mask, use hand sanitizer, and wash my hands frequently. I wash all clothes and bathe immediately upon returning from being outdoors where there may be people. I don't wear outside shoes inside. I keep up with the health and scientific reports. I socially distance when I have guests and we stay outdoors on my deck.

Aside from those you mentioned, I use face shield & face mask. I sleep at least 8 hours a day for a stronger immune system. I make it a point to drink milk at night (this contains Vitamin C). Since most of us are working from home this pandemic, I do physical exercises in the form of household chores- that way I get to move more.

hi.. yes overall same with yours. i do a light exercise such as yoga on saturday and aerobic on sunday. at home. each 30 minutes.
