Right now, by the time I get home, I am completely worn out. So sorry I did not get here last night.
This morning I will not be here long, as I have to write some things down before I forget them about the day yesterday.
I think I am old.
I think I need a work from home job.
Maybe I will get here after work.

@crazyhorseladycx We sometimes have to " get inside their heads" and learn the triggers cause once they fall apart it is hard to get them back. It has been better this week.

Yesterday was a rough day. Young man had a serious meltdown in the late afternoon. He is autistic. I spent some awake time last night mulling over how we can do things differently.

Staffing is always an issue. Even when we have good staff sometimes the "powers that be" decides we have too much help. Things will level out.
