Massage Guns

I am now trying to make a little research about massage guns and write an article for a domestic magazine. These days you can see overwhelmed amount of ads of this kind of massage stuff. Actually these tools are not something new, but been using in physiotherapy for decades. However, I have my opinion about massage guns. And now I would like hear from other users: do you have one? Do you use it? Does it help you?
