Waking up with a nightmare ..

Good morning friends, I am up very early because of a nightmare, this guy is not at all pleasant to wake up ... I dreamed that I was drowning there was a lot of water I do not know very well why but it seemed like a type of flood and even though I only remember how 5 seconds it seemed like a very long nightmare and I was left with that feeling of nerve. Has it happened to you to wake up in the movie style because of a nightmare?

When I have nightmares, they seem so real. It takes me a while to get over them.
