i have sleeping problems... but i dont wanna use pills

Try meditating. If that doesn't work, a glass of warm milk should do the trick.

sleeping problems are on the rise because of our shift from labours work to luxury . Now i am not asking you to give up all luxury be the trick is to do some thing that exerts you in the day something which will break out sweat , thenalso try to meditate for 1/2 hr and when you fall asleep dont oversleep that is dont sleep more than 7~8 hrs a day i believe you will find some sound sleep in 1 or 2 days , HAPPY SLEEPING and sweet dreams

Keep your worries out. Do exercise daily Drink 2 to 3 litres of water everyday. Do not skip dinner/supper Write down the works which you have to do next day in a book Please meditate for 15 to 20 minutes Read books - while reading you may become sleepy and just sleep. Do not oversleep - more than 8 hours a day. If you sleep, next day you may not go to bed early. Golden rule: Early to bed and early to rise.

do more work whe you are awake .. eventually u'll staert tiring out and ur body will demand sleep .. and try to sleep by 10 atleast .. that way u'll be asleep by 12

read books wen u r in bed.. when u read a lot,ur eyes wil gt tired, u'll get sleepy.

Just relax your ming, inhale fresh air and don't think about the sleep it will surely come, may be late but it will come. Reading is also a good habit.

I always take a warm bubble bath or drink warm milk. It puts me to sleep in no time.

Man I have the same freakin problem,and evan if Im tired thoughts wont stop running through my mind plus I also hate sleeping alone.

U have good a good job by not taking any pills otherwise it will become ur habit.. Instead u try to find out the cause.. why u have a problem.. becoz of tension or gastic or any stomach problem .. consult a doctor and solve that issue instead of pills

try melatonin its not a pill its healthy stuff.It helps increase the chemical which you need more of to have a nice sleep..

there are different types of tea and natural supplements like mealtonin ( i don't know who makes it). also it might help to try and figure out what is keeping you up (i.e stress at work, school, finances). It might help to work out those stresses to help you sleep just a suggestion hope it helps.

Good that you're not resorting to pills..try having a glass of milk with honey before you go to bed...and maybe put on soothing music at a really low volume..

You should go to a shrink to find out what your problem is... lack of sleeping is most of the cause by a traumatic situation that had happened in your... it doesn`t necesarily mean that this is really your problem... just go and find a good doctor... Wish you all the best!!!
