Is it hard to stop using tobacco?

From my personal experience... I smoked cigars for about 5 months straight out of this year. I was able to immediately stop, just because. I don't understand how people have trouble stopping? I know and I understand how it is addictive... but if you really want to quit and stop doing something unhealthy, what's really preventing you from stopping? Do you have trouble quitting? If so -- why do you feel you can't stop?

It takes a lot of determination and if you want to you really can quit. It is very difficult. If you are addicted and quit, you go through mood swings, physical illness, strong cravings. So you have to really have the drive and strentght to do it.
