Pork Steak For Dinner Tonight

We’re having Pork Steak for dinner tonight, I don’t eat them that often but i got a deal on them I just couldn’t resist lol. Actually we don’t always eat meat, Chicken is what we eat the most often.
It’s really starting to smell good in here, yummy.
Otherwise I am just taking it easy, went to the store behind us to get a couple of things I needed early and saw that they had my favorite apple, so I bought myself a treat lol.

@Michellekidwell Glad to see you are enjoying them in California. Pork steaks are largely a Midwestern thing and many people outside the Midwest have never even heard of them.

@porwest My Grandfather was half German, he fixed those, and Pork Chops quite often, with sour kraut, I actually like Sour Kraut as well

We like pork once and a while and often eat chicken. My husband is the beef lover. I hardly ever eat beef anymore.

It's so pleasant to find a good treat to enjoy! Dinner sounds yummy! I'm having leftovers of grilled beef with veggies and dessert if dream cake and sliced pear. Went yesterday essential shopping. Hunkering down from rain. Dream cake was my treat I got yesterday.

I did and it was. It's been a very long time that I had grilled beef! They have a special on laser lose 1-3" for half hour treatment I'm going on the 28, so I'll lose what I just put on!

I told Mike earlier I am thinking of making a pork steak in the near future. We have some left over chicken and I'm planning on cooking a beef roast tomorrow. I did some shopping for a few things earlier too, along with some other errands. Have a blessed evening.
