Hello! How's everyone doing today? I hope you're all having a good day. It's scorching hot where I am but I'm inundated with work and can't afford to flake out.
What are you planning for the weekend? Sadly, I'll be working through it. But I won't complain because every bit of work we get in these dire times is a blessing

trade ya some 'f that heat fer some chilly weather? the latter 'tis not kind to this ol' body these days. congrats'n the work! i'd love to've such troubles :)
i plan nothin', therefore'm not disappointed.
'd my trek to town, the hubs'd to drive me. 'd to donate some vials 'f blood fer a comin' doc's 'ppointment. see what 'tis 'wry this time.
so, keep well hydrated 'n don't work too hard. find ya snippets 'f time to do thingies that bring yer heart joy, calms yer soul. be safe 's well.

I hope you still had a lovely weekend. Well done on donating blood - that's a noble gesture if there was ever one! I did hydrate a lot and tried to squeeze in some fun in between. Hope you're well and safe

@crazyhorseladycx Thank you Honestly, today I feel like I'm gonna melt, it's THAT hot! The weather app claims it's 30 C but it feels like 40 C! I'm gasping. I don't like the cold but it's during days like these that I'd happily run back to the UK and its perpetually wet weather I put it down to global warming and what we do to planet earth.
Oh, I'm so sorry to hear about your condition I hope you're not in too much pain and discomfort. I have a friend who's not even 40 who was recently diagnosed with a rare autoimmune condition. We're busy trying to raise money for her because her medical bills have exploded. It's just sad

@Lushlala trade ya? i aint fond 'f the chill'n the air that lingers. saddened that y'all're meltin' though. i hope y'all don't suffer through oppressive heat all season.
i wish such could'a been a noble gesture. i'm not able to donate blood fer others to utilize . i've'n autoimmune disease so such's ferbidden. 'twas my nice way 'f sayin' they drew blood fer useless testin'. not truly useless, but the doc'll say he wishes to 'ncrease my folate e'en higher 'n 'gnore that such high levels'n my blood 're instigators 'f causin' colon cancer. which i've 'lready the indicators fer with the crohn's 'n family history. his plan 'tis not workin', though i've followed such 6 months.

I hope your weekend was good even though you worked through it.
It's cooling off here as we go into winter.
