Today, it wasn't that special. My family and I decided to have a hot pot for dinner. It takes time to prepare the ingredients. But it is worth having all the preparations. It was a moment where the family members are all in on the table with a small festivity. Are you missing a get together with all the family members?

In fact, we are not complete. My younger sister is too far from us. The last time we saw here is last February before the pandemic. I hope vaccines will be created soon and be immunized by then.

I miss the family Christmas and Thanksgiving parties my Mom and Grandmother would host back in the day when I was young. Everything was much simpler then.

I can feel you with this matter. When I was a young kid, there is always a family reunion during the occasions that you had mentioned. The only difference is that the relatives and we fell apart due to their greediness.

Thank you. My family and I are planning to have a small celebration on November 1st since we cannot visit my late father in the cemetery. We are going to offer prayers for him. I hope Thanksgiving will push through in your family next month.
