Trying to identify pattern of Crown Pottery, 8 51,

The pattern is multiple green leaves on a brown vine with yellow small flowers. The marks on the back is 8 51. I'm looking for the pattern name and also a place to learn more about the set including the pieces that were offered for sale, orginally.
