Hi, I would like to ask your opinion and experience about insurance: life, medical and educational. You don't have to name the company. I'm under this dilemma, but maybe about to say yes to my friend who is offering one Thank you. :)

In my country, life insurance is very popular. I think medical insurance is required

Thanks! We have one from the national govt then from the company but this one's coverage is a lot better.

Any insurance is important to everyone else. But consider the established one. I have two insurances and I do insure my wife and youngest son too. I was done paying its premium monthly for 20 years. And I received a big amount from its return if investment. Not only me but my wife and my son too received theirs.

I have home insurance and I have car insurance. I have life insurance that I began paying in 2012. I had a fire in my kitchen in November 2019. My home insurance paid for the damage. It is worth paying insurance once a year rather than monthly.

Thank you for the advice. Yes, house and car are already signed up. Now I am thinking about this new offers carefully because there were insurance companies before that went bankrupt and people weren't able to claim. About the fire in your kitchen, good thing no one got hurt and yes the insurance was a big help.

@jdbces Is it cheaper to pay yearly rather than quarterly?

Those offers by the way have quarterly options too.

Life, medical, and education in that order. I'm a licensed financial advisor so if you have any questions about insurance policies feel free to DM me. I'd be happy to help out.

I don't believe in insurance. I'd rather invest the money on some on-going productive undertaking. Or buy a lot, build a house to dwell in, and fill the home with memories. Insurance won't give you happiness that you can enjoy with your money today. Insurance only wants to get your money.

If you have no dependents you don't need life insurance. Regarding medical - I don't know what the situation is in your country, but if the state doesn't provide it for free you should definitely get that.

Thanks for the advice. I am married now and has a child. Regarding medical insurance, our government only provides subsidy, not 100% covered. Thanks again!

Medical insurance comes first in my book, followed by car, house, and life.
