Just when it was thought that rain has gone for good, it came back with a bang yesterday night. It rained heavily with lightning and thunder. It was very loud and continued for a long time. I woke up from the sleep hearing it. The weather is cloudy and cool.
Yesterday I overdid my walking exercise and I felt about it the whole day. Today I was careful and had a very short walk and did some Pranayam after that. I also did not go to the shop. Time for some breakfast with tea.
