Headache and Work.

I had a headache when I went to bed last night. That was part of the reason I wrapped up things early. I was off my phone by 12:30am, which is early for me these days. I also slept off and on throughout the night, which I needed. Unfortunately, I also had a headache throughout the night, and it was really bad this morning. :( I wound up taking a Tylenol for it, but I didn't officially lay back down until after I took care of the dogs (letting them outside and back in, etc.), as we have a morning routine (created by them lol). Once I woke back up later, my headache was nearly gone. Unfortunately, it's back a little, but I took prescription-strength Ibuprofen, so hopefully, it'll kick in soon so that I can just get on with my day. I have work to do and trying to balance that with the headache is causing me to feel stressed, which isn't good for a headache. I need to get some Fiverr orders done. They're due Sunday and Monday, but I want them done today. I also want to get in a few Textbroker orders to increase those funds. I cannot afford to take another day off, and I actually don't want to take a nap, so I'm hoping I can push through. If my headache gets too bad, I'll go rest for a bit. Anyway, I'm going to eat lunch and get started on my work. Happy Friday. I hope you all enjoy your upcoming weekend. Take care. Photo Credit: Pixabay.

When you were on the phone was it for work or just chatting with friends or family? Headaches are awful I’m sorry you had to deal with that all night and it’s still bugging you.

I was just reading a few things on my phone in bed before putting it down for the night. I didn't lay down until close to midnight, so I wasn't on it for very long. Thank you so much. I just dozed off for about 10-15 minutes on the couch with my neck massager, so that helped a bit.

Sorry to hear about your headache, that's terrible. I've had two in my life and they are torture! With a heavy stress load, my head does feel tight at times.

Thank you! Only two headaches? Or are you thinking of migraines? I don't have a migraine, but I had one once and it was TERRIBLE. :( But if you've only had two headaches, you're lucky and I hope you never have any again. My lack of sleep and terrible posture is a bad mix, ugh.

@tammys85 I am a very blessed person, who doesn't get headaches. One time, I had been crying for hours. I developed an awful headache. Another time, I had the flu and a light headache. Nope, I don't get them, I'm very fortunate!

It's a mixture of lack of sleep and terrible posture (I took a nap with my head/neck in an awkward position yesterday). :( I need to get it together. Thank you!
