Cleaning and Sneezing.

I think they come together. When I clean, I sneeze. But yesterday is different, I sneeze so many times that my nose is runny, my eyes watery, and my head achy. Though I was not finished yet yesterday, I have to give it up when I think the storage was 'acceptable' to the eyes. I will surely get back to it. Then I took a nap. Do you sneeze when you clean?

@rakski No,I don't. If you wear a mask before cleaning,you won't sneeze.Though I know it is so uncomfortable.

it is very uncomfortable. I will get shortness of breath because the air that I will breathe will be so hot

I have allergic rhinitis so this is very common for me. You can try to wear a mask while cleaning. Make sure to wear it before you start.

I do have allergic rhinitis too. Wearing a mask while cleaning makes me breathless and I have asthma

@rakski I have asthma too but whenever I remember wearing mask before cleaning, I would always prefer that because my allergy is really severe when it attacks. I can tolerate breathing with mask when cleaning but I understand that it's hard for you. It's not good either if you are gasping for air.

I tend to wear a mask if there's too much dust.

In times like this, I need to use a face mask and shield. I do sneeze if it is too dusty.

@rakski I have to do my own cleaning with hubs. I won't allow our cleaning lady in the house. I do a bit every day so it won't be overwhelming.

Sometimes, yes. Dusting. Sometimes other things usually do it.
