too early for a snack

its only a few minutes after seven in the morning and I'm having myself a snack before breakfast like i usually do. i love the different flavors and the nuts inside because it makes it so much more fun to eat. i usually buy my junk in bulk that way it last me but so far my plan hasn't been working because i eat it all the time, i can't help myself because when i eat i don't stress, i just focus on the food but when the food is done, I'm back to square one.
do you have a snack before breakfast ?
do you like eating sweet things?
what's your favorite thing to eat early in the morning?

I just have my ginger tea before breakfast. I take two snacks in a day. And those are mostly healthy one which go well with my diabetes.

@Merliva I got a Haemohrrage and that damaged my pituitary. My doctor advised me to go for a complete check up annually as I was sure to develop hormonal imbalances. And then it was diagnosed.

I don't take a snack before breakfast. No chocolate for me in the morning.

I do love sweet and salty. Right now eating salty popcorn I made. Just anytime.
