Medium is the Message. / myLot

My daughter asked me why I devote time for mylot. The site doesn't yield real income. The amount of time spent responding ain't commensurate to the few cent amortization. Fact is I don't garner as much responses to generate a following. I merely answered, 'medium is the message.' My daughter nodded. It is what we say and do that matters.

Mylot has made virtual friends out of strangers. Mylot has bridged cultures. The correspondence has made us all global citizens communicating peacefully. We share the same sentiments each day, the same worries, and more importantly, we offer solutions and shoulders to lean on. We are like ambassadors of our countries diplomatically meeting here - sharing, clarifying, supporting.... Which brings to mind - we must have diplomatic immunity.
