What are some things that can lift your enthusiasm for living a difficult life?

I know that we all have our difficulties. I wonder how you guys deal with it? And what are the things that can always lift your spirits? We all know that morale goes up and down sometimes.

I always look on the bright side of everything. Thinking negative thoughts lead me to no where. No point on doing that.
