The first CSIs were before the digital camera.

Do you remember when you got your first digital camera? I remember only because it was a gift. Before that I had a big camera, vere good and very Japanese. I bought films when we went for holidays and half of the photos were very bad. I never learned how to take decent pictures. I had forgotten about all that until I saw a lot of those films in one of the CSI marathon. The good woman was poisoned because the bad guys wanted some evidence of their wrongdoings. Horatio, of course, will solve the case while I write this post. And then I will have the last of my tomato soup and will declare myself dinned. Maybe tomorrow I´ll take a look at some of those old pictures.

@marguicha just a thought if you have these photos in your computer and there have been problems perhaps it would do you good to get one of those photo sticks and back up your photos so nothing gets lost,

Old photos actually look more real because the images are 4 dimensional, unlike digital photos which can only be seen in 3 dimensions.

@marguicha You may know, for old photos you need a roll of film and then you can wash the photo prints from there. And the washing process cannot be completed in 3 hours because it has to be done with minimal light to get good results. I say 4 dimensions because the results of the photo if you pay attention can be from the front, above, right and left. Unlike digital photos, which can only be seen from above, right and left.

No, I think it was several years ago. I couldn't tell you when, though. I still have it, and if I bothered to change the batteries and check the time stamp on the photos, I would have an idea. LOL!

I got my digital camera recently but it was broken. Good thing later that I got myself a smart phone and that works as a camera for me.

My first digital camera was very expensive; and I took many great pictures over the years. It lasted me for almost 20 years. I now have a new little camera that takes even better pictures!

I never have one, but I used to borrow it from our neighbor. Wrong taken and you wasted one film. We could not delete it like camera these day. Sometimes the film also burnt.

@marguicha I show the negative to my 12 years old daughter, she doesn't know what negative is, the same as she doesn't know what cassette is
