The photo is of Hilary Clinton and our daughter-in-law when our DIL worked in the Clinton White House. No, she never cared for Monica Lewinski.
I never said a word, but am proud to announce that she worked on Joe Biden’s campaign.
As a strong Democrat, I am so pleased and relieved that Joe Biden is our official new President of the United States. The Electoral College has spoken.

He's been President Elect since the elections in November, but Don and his easily led cult thought they could change the votes. I can't wait for the swearing in on January 20th. Moving day for Don will be a kick in the pants! Putin did the right thing - finally.
I guess I won't have to move to your neighborhood, but will come for a visit in the future.

Yes, I am so proud of my daughter-in-law. She enjoyed her time in the White House in those years as an intern. She still has many contacts there, and now that a Democratic President will be there, will able to return with my son and grandkids for many events whenever possible.

@DianneN You're welcome The whole world was gripped and here in my home country, the US elections were THE topic of discussion. I'm sorry but that man should never have been president. I said it long before he was, back when I never believed he could win. Then again, he never really did win the popular vote even then! Glad to have America back

@DianneN I am deeply worried for America. I just saw another video of more people protesting and yelling at my state's Democratic governor. NO masks in the crowd. I would hate to be a governor right now. He has shut down restaurants, trying his best to save the state's fannies. And mobs are being very nasty about it.

Thanks so much! She is a real people person and actually cares for the rights and freedoms of people. She was written up in The New Yorker, The NY Times, and interviewed for a show on Bravo. My son didn't care for the terms of the contract on Bravo, so nixed it. We are very proud of her.

I did read the news about the results announced by the Electoral college. I wish best of luck to the new President and his team.
They have a tough task cut out in form of tackling the grave Covid-19 situation, apart from a host of national and International issues.
I hope that US- India relations strengthen further, even though ideologically there could always be a few issues here and there.

Yes, she was an intern. Bill and Hillary called her by her first name all the time, and she even tutored their daughter, Chelsea, in math.
The best thing is that she has made many friends and contacts, and when there is a Democratic President in the White House, she gets to visit and even bring the kids for special events.

I consider myself a libertarian (as comedian Tim Wilson said, “Leave my money alone and smoke all the pot you want!” 
). I would sincerely hope and pray that conservatives/libertarians/limited government people will be NOT be summarily judged by the current occupant of the White House....especially given the beyond-childish way he’s acted in the past six weeks.
No, I didn’t vote for Biden. But yes, he is my president (because I am an American), and I will support and pray for him.
And maybe this can be a lesson that we need to elect individuals, not “popular names.” I think this, as well as the Al Franken fiasco, should have taught us that once and for all.
