Yes it is possible to have a white Christmas here in Florida if you are near the sugar white beaches that are along most of the Gulf of Mexico side of the state and this time of year many who have residents on the beach make their own version of a snowman (much like the picture). If it wasn't for the 3 mile bridge being out I think I would find a way to go over to the beach and make a sand(snow)man and dream of real snow since our forecast is calling for cold weather for that day.(but not that cold like it was a few years ago when we had a really rare snowfall on Christmas thus letting us enjoy a white Christmas watching the snow fall though very little stuck. Still it was a White Christmas)

Very rare. Our rare snow falls with measurable snow happens about every 10 to15 years generallt in late January which one inch shuts everything down

Yes my sister-in-law said it was cold in Ocala as well. It was 60 degrees here and raining, now today it's back to 30.

That's a very interesting snowman. I'm glad you get an occasional white Christmas. Our temps will be pretty much the same as yours. Which is warm for here.

All of the Canadians that I know who are snowbirds (or where before they closed the border) are on the Gulf coast. Maybe its them that miss the snow and make these.

Is there a reason for the bridge being out?

It snows in south Louisiana in the Christmas season like once in a period of five years.
