Not the greatest...

...but not horrible, either.
The first batch came out, and I got them off the pans onto paper towels on the counter, and of course I had to taste one. The recipe said they were supposed to be "Healthy", so there's no sugar in them. Oh, well. At least I did something with the bananas.
I put a third tray in the oven, as I only had one ready when the first two were done, and I've got one more to put in afterward.

Sometimes things don't have to be perfect to be good! Nothing goes to waste here if it made at home and fresh from the oven!
